Reports are delivered within 24 hours. Check your spam folder first. If it's been over 24 hours, contact us with your order reference.

Payment issues?

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. If your payment failed, try a different card or check with your bank.

Photo upload problems?

Upload a clear JPG or PNG under 10MB. Use a front-facing photo with neutral expression and good lighting.

Account or login help?

Use the password reset link on the login page. If you still can't access your account, email us directly.
